#IDoItTwiceAWeek


When I got pregnant with my first child, I gained a lot of pounds
and even after giving birth, I find it difficult to bring back my old shape...
I started to lose my self confidence because of that stressful and unsexy feeling...

But I realize that I want to regain my confidence back and love myself even more.
Not just only for myself but for my family this time...

For my loving husband
(cause even though He tells me He loves those little fats around my waist, I know it will make him proud to see the old sexy "me"  again
that caught her eyes the first time we met :) ) 

and for my little daughter
( because as her mom it's my role to be a good model to her...literally) . :)

So allow me to share, and hope to give an inspiration for women out there especially
moms like me who at one point in their life felt unsexy.
These are simple things I do at least twice a week to help me regain my confidence,
and aim to look good and keep me feeling clean and sexy now. 

One, is to DETOXIFY.  I love my body, but I also love to eat... :)
There are times that I ate too much, and unable to control what I eat.

Too much toxins in our body leads to stress, skin problems, aches and pains
and even causes gaining of weight.
So in order to compromise, I make sure to detoxify at least twice a week.

Second, EXERCISE! EXERCISE!
Yes Ideally we should exercise everyday,
but for working moms like It's quite hard to be consistent.
But one way to really stay healthy, fit and sexy aside from eating right
is to eliminate those excess fats through sweats in 
our body. 
Yoga or jump-roping even just an hour is good.
So I do it once on weekday and on weekend.
Plus, It's a great bonding moment of me and my husband too.


Third,  VISIT A SPA :)
Girls need to at least relax and de-stress once in a while
and that place could no other be than in a SPA :)

Nail polish, some body scrubs, those relaxing massage, facial and the like...
are just a few of things we love to do.

But remember it need not to be expensive.
As moms we always have to budget right so oftentimes we have to be resourceful and creative... yes, what we can do is a "DIY SPA at home" :)

What matters is to let your body rest, lighten up and enjoy a calm
and soothing place to relax.

ohhh.. who doesn't love that relaxing smell of aroma. :)


And plus, plus...This is also a great bonding moment with my daughter

who now loves her nails done...it's clean and cute :)
Teaching her even at her young age to love and take care of herself <3
